All camping is for 3-nights.

• Standard Check-In: Friday 10:00 AM

• Check-Out: Monday 12:00 PM

Guests may stay through Sunday night following the festival.

Want to come earlier? Add on Thursday Early Arrival & check in Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM.

• Standard Camping — grassy field sites

• Premium Camping — shaded tree sites

• RV Camping — limited RV spaces available

All campers will check in through the Scout & Gather Mercantile prior to arriving at their campsite. Additional arrival instructions will be emailed before festival weekend.

Please note:

• No after-hours check-in available

• No overnight camp host onsite

• Guests arriving outside check-in hours may not be accommodated until the following morning

Scout + Gather is located at 28 Scout Ln. off of HWY 40 in Columbia Falls.

• Parking & Access: Enter through the main Scout & Gather entrance

• When Leaving: A right-turn-only exit is required for traffic flow and safety

Guests are responsible for their own transportation — no shuttle service is provided

Under the Big Sky Festival is approximately a 10 minute drive from Scout & Gather grounds.

• One vehicle included per campsite

• Additional vehicle passes are available for purchase. may be limited

• No oversized trailers without approval

Portable restrooms are available throughout the weekend with hand washing stations and fresh water access onsite. They will be serviced regularly.

Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

No pets allowed onsite.

All camping sales are final unless the event is canceled.

Camping is rain or shine. No refunds unless the event is cancelled.

Please prepare for changing Montana weather conditions.

• Tent Sites: Up to 4 guests included. Each camp sites can fit up 6 guests total with additional payment.

• RV Sites: Up to 6 guests included. RV sites can fit up 8 guests total with additional payment.

• No individual water hookups

• No RV hookups

• Community charging station available for phones and small devices

Fire & Safety

• No open fires permitted

• No fireworks of any kind

• No firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, or other hazardous materials permitted on the property

• No smoking in common areas

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Please be respectful of neighboring campsites at all times

RV & Generator Policy

• Generators are permitted for RV camping only

• Generator hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• No generator use during quiet hours

• Generators must be equipped with a functioning muffler and operated without disturbing neighboring campsites

• Excessive noise, fumes, or unsafe operation may result in generators being shut down at staff discretion

Vehicles & Parking

• Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas

• One vehicle included per campsite

• Additional vehicles may require a pass and are subject to availability

• Right-turn-only exit when leaving the property

Camp Etiquette

• Leave your campsite as you found it

• Pack out all trash — leave no trace

• No pets allowed onsite

• Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws

• Illegal drugs and unlawful conduct are prohibited

• Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times

Wildlife & Weather

• Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and preparing for changing Montana weather

• Do not approach, feed, or disturb wildlife

• Properly store food and dispose of trash to help protect wildlife and fellow campers

Security & Valuables

• Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings, vehicles, and valuables at all times

• Scout & Gather is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

• No overnight security personnel are onsite

Emergency

• Emergency contact information will be provided at check-in

• Please dial 911 for any life-threatening emergencies

Enforcement

• Scout & Gather reserves the right to remove any guest who violates campground rules without refund

While Scout & Gather staff will be onsite during operational hours, there will be no overnight security personnel monitoring campsites. Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings, vehicles, and valuables at all times. Scout & Gather is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Scout & Gather is located at 28 Scout Ln in Columbia Falls, Montana. We are approximately:

• 5 minutes from downtown Whitefish

• 20 minutes from Glacier Park International Airport

• 30 minutes from Glacier National Park

Exact campsite locations are assigned first come, first served — don’t delay reserving your space!
